Bodyworker, energy medicine practitioner, and sacred space holder based in Orem, Utah.

My work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens on every level—body, mind, energy, and soul. I specialize in deeply integrative sessions that blend modalities like Shamanic Energy Medicine, Deep Tissue Myofascial Massage, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. But beyond techniques, I meet each client exactly where they are, letting intuition, deep listening, and energetic presence guide the way.

I’ve always been able to feel people—reading their emotions, needs, and pain before words are exchanged. As a child, I regularly massaged a close friend living with chronic illness, unknowingly stepping onto this path of healing through instinct and care. Years later, while pursuing a pre-med degree, I realized the path I was on clashed with my core beliefs about health, spirit, and the body. I walked away—choosing to follow a more aligned way, guided by plants, ancestral wisdom, and a chance encounter with a massage therapist who recognized the healer’s touch in my hands.

Now, I draw from Earth-based traditions, somatic knowledge, and intuitive energy medicine to offer sessions that are both grounded and ceremonial. Whether you’re seeking physical relief, emotional softening, or spiritual reconnection, I hold space for healing that unwinds the body and reweaves the soul.

This work is more than my career—it is my calling. I believe that we all carry the capacity to heal. Sometimes, we simply need a space to remember.
